NWA-NCW was scheduled to debut in Plymouth, MI at the VFW Hall on November 14th. Due to a scheduling conflict with the VFW Hall, The show has been moved one week later, November 21st. Full show info is yet to be announced.

It was announced earlier this week that Former WWF Star Gangrel will be appearing in Wyandotte with Metro Pro Wrestling. Gangrel was the leader of The Brood which also consisted of current WWE Stars Christian and Edge. The show date is Saturday, October 24th and will be at The Arc Hall in wyandotte.

The participants for the Gauntlet for the Gold match to crown the 1st ever NWA Northern Heavyweight Champion have been revealed. They are: "Amazing" N8 Mattson, CK3, Former WWE & TNA Star "One Legged Wonder" Zach Gowen, CJ Otis, Bonebreaker Brooks, T-D, Eddie Venom, Phil Atlas, Cadillac Jones, Gutter, Kid Hybrid and a Mystery opponent. This event will take place October 31st in Saline, MI.

Northern Championship Wrestling (of Michigan) has now became a part of the National Wrestling Alliance. As it appears they will be dropping the "of Michigan" part of their name and will just be NWa Northern Championship Wrestling. A date for their first show is still yet to be announced.

At XICW's show "Made in Detroit" on July 12th, Michael Antoine McMahon made a special return apperance. However, he claims to be a "new" Mr. McMahon and throughout the whole show, Mr. McMahon was family friendly!

Sunday, June 28th WPW returns to Skateland West for Mid-Summer's Nightmare. Just signed is Former WWE Star and one of the longest reigning Tag Team Champions in the History of Professional Wrestling, "Demolition Ax" Bill Eadie! He is also formerly known as "The Masked Superstar". Belltime is 6pm and he will be holding a seminar before the show. The seminar cost will be $20 and it will be made available on DVD. It will include in-ring training, advice on the mic, plus more! More information will be announced in the coming weeks. Also WPW has announced that this event will be a fund-raiser for Autism Research.

Rapid Pro Wrestling will return to The Rivertown Sports Complex June 7th. Already scheduled is Frankie the Face vs. Christin Able with Able's Title and Face's Career on the line! Well known Michigan Indy Star and House of Truth (H.O.T.) Member, Eddie Venom is scheduled to work for WWE Monday(RAW) and Tuesday (Smackdown/ECW Taping). This information had been posted on his myspace page around 3:00 today (May 9th). Both of these events are in ohio so if you're going to an event, or watching them at home be sure to keep an eye out for Eddie Venom!

A 4 Team Invitational has been added to WPW's event April 25th live at Skateland West from Westland, MI. The winenr will advance to the finals at WPW's Anniversary show this june which will be where WPW's 1st ever Tag Champs will be crowned. The other finalists will be determined at WPW's June show. The Teams at 'Rekkoning Day' are; The Bump N Uglies, The Kosher Klub, The H.O.T. (Eddie Venom and Christin Able with Truth Martini) and Making their WPW debut Dark Skin Productions! First off for those of you that don't know, a few michigan indy wrestling companies are both showing Wrestlemania as well as live Pro Wrestling on April 5th. It seems as if a myspace "bulletin war" has broken out as In the last day there have been over 50 bulletins posted about this weekend from numerous "friends". I am in charge of MIPW and will not be choosing between the promotions. (In No Specific Order) PWAS vs. IBW will be in Southwest Detroit and Dynasty Entertainment will be in Taylor. Since I am running MIPW (which i believe is the most active indy site in Michigan) i can't chose a side. I will post information of both shows on my site but I will not post bulletins or any other stuff on myspace. It has gotten rather annoying. I don't want to end up in the middle of this myspace war, so I will only be posting infiormation on these shows that is sent specifically to me (NOT THROUGH A BULLETIN!) My site is for Indy Wrestling! I will not pick one promotion over the other because one is in a bar (one is not), one is brining in Former WWE Stars, One is having a pizza party, one is in Taylor, one is in South West Detroit.
I am planing on getting out to atleast one of these shows and with all the talk these promotions are doing, I expect A LOT! So hopefully posting hundreds of bulletins will help grow the indy fan base but hopefully the fans won't be so hyped up, just to be let down!

NCW promoter Tony Watson had a personal issue that had to me taken care of which was the reason behind cancelling all shows until further notice. He has had surgery and at MIPW we wish him a speedy recovery. Also N8 Mattson who was helping NCW recently (what I've been told) has broke his ankle. This is said to put him out of action for a few months and I heard he will be under going surgery today, March 18th. We wish him a speedy recovery as well!

Northern Championship Wrestling which was originally set to debut in January had already rescheduled their shows once. Now due to a Health issue with the promoter. Northern Championship Wrestling has delayed their debut again. All The shows are cancelled until further notice.

Championship Wrestling of Michigan has scheduled a show for May 17th. Further details will eb released in the near future

Thanks to the crowd of over 200 at WPW that witnessed history in the making. Due to the ring breaking down in Flint, WPW decided to put on the First ever Professional Wrestling match.. on ROLLER SKATES! This past weekend on Janaury 24th at EPW in Trenton, MI Kid Statik recieved a concussion. While doing a plancha, Kid Statik's head hit the ground below and made a sickening thud that was heard by the crowd that was over 100!

Mr. Chainsaw Productions Wrestling (MCPW) will be returning to the Civic Center in Kalkaska. The show is scheduled to start at 7:00 p.m. with the doors opening at 6:30. This is MCPW's 2 Year Anniversary show named Armed for Battle. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door. This show is featuring The ROH Tag Team of Jimmy Jacobs and Tyler Black, The Age of the Fall.

UCW is going to be in Bay City this Saturday for 2 Events. The 1st event is from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Admission is only 2 non perishable food items. The main show begin's at 7:00 p.m. The tickets are $10 for kids, $14 for adults and $20 for VIP. VIP includes Front Row Seats, Early entrance, photo with wrestler and a meet and greet session.
